When you cross the Wazirabad Pull (Bridge), Nanaksir bus stand will come and it is the common bus stand for Sonia Vihar people. Sonia Vihar has 6 pustas.  Pustas are the major landmark of Sonia Vihar and its starts from 0 to 5. The total belt of Sonia Vihar is around 4-5 Kms. BSES Yamuna is providing lighting solutions while there is no water connection in every home. Delhi Jal Board tankers came here for water solutions. There is no bank and no hospital in this colony. There are very few good schools in this colony.

However the property rates are not low in this colony. The average property rate in this colony is around Rs20000/gudge. There are no real estate projects.
