I am a regular customer of Tata Photon +, a broadband service. I am using the services from the last 1 year. Today I did a online recharge of Rs700 using internet. The balance is deducted from my bank account but no recharge has been done. I complained to the customer care and they advised me to wait for 24 hours. I have got this mail.
