Diet Chart for the Type 2 Sugar Patients

My mother is 50 years old and suffering from the sugar (type 2).

Her blood sugar level is 400mg/dl in fasting and 500mg/dl after breakfast.

I am working on her diet chart. At present, she is consuming the following items.

  • Salad (Cucumber Onion) with pepper and salt
  • Lemon juice
  • Orange juice
  • Meethi
  • Chana / Chana ka aata
  • Beans And Lentils (daal)

Blood Sugar Level is 500mg/dl Euglim 1 mg
