I am using Tata Photon +. From the last two days, I am getting Error 734 : The PPP link control protocol was terminated while connecting  my device. Why this error is coming? Also my recharge amount is sufficient for using net. Then why this error message is coming? Picture is attached.

I am planning to change my mobile phone. I have LG KP500 and now I want to replace. I am looking for a best cell under budget of Rs10000. I have also applied for the Aakash tablet but I am sure that it will not suit my personality. I want to go for Nokia this time. Touch screen is my favorite as I am using it from the last 3 years. I have booked a tablet from the Datawind Innovations Pvt Ltd. I have sent a cheque of Rs3000 to the given address of the company. Its around 15 days and my cheque is not cleared yet. I want to check the status of my cheque. Can anyone tell me how to check this? Also no toll free number is working and they are not responding.
