Today I enjoyed the ticket booking facility by Indian Railway on their website IRCTC. It was a good experience but I think the system and processing speed of the site is not good. They have to improve it by using high quality servers. I booked tickets to the Lucknow mail. I have to book 10 tickets as our whole family is going to the Lucknow. But on the form, we can book only 6 tickets so I booked other 4 tickets by filling another form. IRCTC is charging Rs10 for ticket booking.
