In my opinion it is all about showing love, and joy. It is just about the Chak De Fatte like in Punjabi language. 

Well I talked to our elder and they told about the meaning of Tile Dharu Bola is about significance of huge hills (OONCHI PAHARIA).

    Dharu- Dhra- Rakkha (Accepted)

    Bola- Baat- Statment

    Tumne Apni Baat ko Rakkha,

    It was used for kings and warriors – TUM APNI BAAT KO RAKKHO…. or TUMNE APNI BAAT KO RAKKHA.
