UP is one of the largest states in India and there are numbers of voters. So I think, if you are voter in the UP and if your name is not in the voter list, add your name by using the form number 6. You can fill fresh voter registration form for your vote. You can get the form number 6 from the ceouttarpradesh.nic.in or sec.up.nic.in. Both of these are the official website of the Chief Electoral Officer and State Election Commission respectively. You can also check your name in UP Voter List.
