Guptkashi Temple is another beautiful mandir in the Ranikhet. The distance between Guptkashi Temple and Ranikhet is around 10 Km and the jeep takes only half an hour to reach this destination.
This temple is located near the bank of the river and offers a panoramic view from the top. There are numbers of God’s statue in this temple but this temple is chiefly dedicated to the Lord Shiva.
The courtyard of this temple is large and renewed. I visited this temple while making the journey to my in-laws.
Chana Golu Temple is one of the beautiful mandir located near the Gagas. You can reach there from Ranikhet, Dwarhat or Kasauni. This temple is dedicated to the Lord Golu Devta.
Bagwali Pokhar, Binta, Bhait are some of the nearest villages and this temple is located very close to the main road and you can visit their by 1 minute walk. Gagas is only 6 Km from this temple.
The flooring of the temple is very good. However there is a need for regular maintenance.

I live in Delhi and next month I am planning to visit to the Ranikhet, Uttarakhand on the occasion of my cousin’s wedding. I want to go via bus as small cars and taxi do not suits me. Vomiting is the main reason and also I feel much comfortable in the Volvo bus.
So I am planning to book a mini bus or tempo traveler to the Ranikhet from Delhi. 6 passengers are willing to travel with me. Is there any source where I can book the Delhi Ranikhet bus online? I also discussed with the Anand Vihar Bus terminal UK enquiry center but I have not got any response. Can anyone help me regarding this matter?
I need bus from Delhi to Ranikhet at any cost as I want to reach Ranikhet urgently.

Suwal Pathai is one of the most important rituals in the Kumauni Wedding of Uttarakhand. In the Suwal Pathai, the ladies of the community make the papad of wheat flour. After insole in the sun light, the suwal goes to fry. Suwal Pathae ritual is done after the Ganesh Pooja. Some special suwal also created and they are known as Devta Suwaon.
