I am a regular customer of Tata Photon +, a broadband service. I am using the services from the last 1 year. Today I did a online recharge of Rs700 using internet. The balance is deducted from my bank account but no recharge has been done. I complained to the customer care and they advised me to wait for 24 hours. I have got this mail.

I just bought a recent gadget for me and it is Tata Photon Plus, broadband equipment. The price of this hardware is around Rs2200 and it came with the 1GB free downloading feature. The speed is good but if you are a bulk internet user then it is not recommendable.
