Information Regarding Registration Forms For Admission In RPVV

This is Vijay Lakshmi from Dwarka. My sis in law has passed X from CBSE Board with CGPA of 8.8. She wants to get admission in RPVV in class XI. I just wanted to know, how can she get the admission form,what is the base of admission and what is the last date for the submission of form? I am waiting for your reply.
