My friend has been completed the B.Com Program from the Delhi University School of Open Learning campus. He has received his marks sheet online on the SOL website but he is not able to download the SOL Provisional Certificate Online. The link available on the SOL website is not working at present and sometimes it says that the data is not available or site is not available. Please suggest from where to download the SOL Provisional Certificate Online.
