Hello friends…
Today is the last day of the year 2011 and I want to make this day remember. I am going to prepare bread pakora in the breakfast. If you want to know about how to prepare bread pakora at home, follow my instructions.
First of all, you need to buy a packet of bread. In a pressure cooker, boil 4 big potatoes. My potatoes are boiling and I am writing this post. After 4-5 whistles, remove the potatoes from the pressure cooker and mash them finely. Fry the mashed potatoes in the pan and then two slice of bread. Spread the mashed potatoes paste on one of the slice and place second slice over the first one.
Now make paste of besan. Add salt, haldi, garam masala and mirch according to your taste. Make fine paste of besan with the help of water. Now dip the slices in the paste of besan. Heat oil in a deep kadai and fry the slices in it. Fry well and remove it and put it on the news paper. Now cut the slices in triangular shape and again fry it. This time fry the slices very deeply. Bread pakoras are ready.
