Fool Dhai Chamma Dhai is one of the regional festivals of the Uttarakhand state of India. This festival is very much popular in the Kumaoun region of the Uttarakhand.

On this day, the new born babies and toddlers are showered in the flowers. Numbers of friends and relatives brought flowers to the new born and toddlers to making this festival gracious. This festival is also a harvest festival.
